Putting in extra work at today’s
Girls Flag Football Training “CAMP SERIES” hosted by @Giant_Skillz_Athletics and @LadyGzFlag_GiantSkillz!
🏈🦍

Grateful for the opportunity to lock in and learn from @Coach_Nansen.J and @ODM_LBC_. 🔒💪🏽

Today was all about high-tempo execution and mastering the details:

•Speed & Agility: Explosive changes of direction and sharp hand-eye coordination.

•Discipline & Technique: Keeping eyes on the ball to eliminate offside penalties and staying low through tight turns.

•Lineman Mechanics: Center footwork drills to stay ready to pick up the blitz.

•Route Running: Precision cuts and dynamic hands at the catch point.

Honestly, today pushed me to my limits. I got winded and had to step off to catch my breath and reset a couple of times. But that’s where champions are forged. To get to the next level, you have to embrace the uncomfortable and get out of your comfort zone. I caught my bearings, stepped right back onto the field, and finished the session strong. 💪🏽😤

📣Huge shoutout to Sarah.Eneliko_, @MafuaTwinMagic, @June.K.2011, @RosaleiNansen & @TheRealTaliaJohnson for bringing elite, GIANT energy, keeping me motivated, and setting the standard today.
You all killed it! 🫶🏽💯👏🏽

📢🚨A very special appreciation shout out to uncle Coach @Chris_Talamaivao for the invitation, the high level football IQ, organizing an incredible camp and building a true champion environment.🏆🙏🏽

The grind continues. Back to work!🏋️‍♀️🫡
