#transformation Loved working with you and your always positive energy and attitude. You are truly a beautiful person. So proud of you!!! Here is her testimonial: “I started my healthy living journey with Debra because of my very thoughtful and loving friend, Roby. I was at a point in my life that I was the heaviest and had no idea what to do. My blood work was not good. My blood pressure was high. My doctor wanted to put me on medication. My friend Roby did an intervention. Debra was her gift to me. Wow, what a gift. A gift of a new healthy life. Thankfully, she intervened since I had no idea how to get on the right path to becoming healthy. I have worked with many nutritionists, dietitians and nutrition coaches in my life but none have ever measured up to Debra. Debra worked out a plan for me. She taught me about food. What to eat, what not to eat and what to eat instead of. For six months, during Covid, Debra provided me with meal plans, recipes and cleanses. We communicated regularly. Debra was always available to me. When I was able to go to a restaurant, Debra, checked the menu and suggested what I should eat. For the first time in my life, because of Debra, I get it. I understand. I now make my own healthy clean menus, recipes and decide what is best for me to eat in a restaurant. My blood work is so good, I do not need medication. I feel healthy, more energetic, and confident because of Debra. I can never thank my friend Roby for intervening and introducing me to Debra. Debra has changed my life forever. I can never thank her enough.” J #nutritioncoach #health #nutrition #nutritionist #cleaneating #eatclean #healthylifestyle #macros #protein #healthyeating #lifestyle #fitness #cleanse healthcoachdebra #nutritionaltherapist #nutritionfirst #nutrition #fitnessgoals #healthyeatinglifestyle #healthylifestylechange #healthylifestylejourney #healthylifestylechoices #healthylifestylecoach #healthycarbs #eatrightnotless #8020rule #diethacks #nutritionalcoaching #mealprepsundays #nutritioncoach #fitnessmeals #healthylife
