Some of you will need to stick to bobsled- others might have a future in film. Thanks to Airbnb for forming a partnership with us - just *days before the 2026 Olympics in Cortina. Behind the scene you’d have seen me furiously throwing emails out to create a home for us in Italy. Thank you @magpiejd for your work on putting all of us up!

2026 was more than a season — it was a chapter.

Track. Bobsled. Travel. Sacrifice. Setbacks. Comebacks. Growth.

Two sports, one mindset: keep showing up and keep pushing forward.

Proud of what I accomplished, thankful for what I learned, and hungry for what’s next. 🇯🇲🔥

Bobsleigh has taught me that greatness isn’t about where you come from it’s about how badly you’re willing to chase your dream. Every push, every sacrifice, every setback, and every victory represents something bigger than me. #jamaica #bobsleigh #olympics #jbsf

No ice . No excuse.
This is what bobsled looks like in Jamaica.

Track and field is a sport that teaches dedication and discipline.
If you’ve been searching for how to run faster, you’re in the right place. At our Track & Field Youth Summer Camp in Jamaica, we don’t just teach speed we build it from the ground up using proven sprint mechanics, elite biomechanics coaching, and the same Jamaican training methods that have produced world-class athletes for decades.

What You’ll Learn at Camp

Speed isn’t just about working harder. It’s about moving smarter. Our athletes learn exactly how to run faster by mastering the fundamentals that most youth programs skip entirely:

✅ Proper sprint mechanics and stride efficiency
✅ Explosive start and acceleration technique
✅ Top-end speed development and max velocity drills
✅ Hip drive, arm mechanics, and posture correction
✅ Plyometric and strength training for speed
✅ Jump training for sprinters (long jump, triple jump)
✅ Sport-specific warm-up and recovery protocols

Every session is coached by specialists with real track and field expertise, not generalists. This is structured, science-backed speed development designed for serious young athletes.

Who This Camp Is For

This camp is built for youth athletes ages 8-18 who want to get faster for track and field, football, soccer, basketball, or any sport that demands explosive speed. Whether your child is a beginner stepping on the track for the first time or a competitive sprinter chasing a personal best, our coaching staff meets athletes exactly where they are.

What Parents Are Saying

Parents consistently tell us their kids come home not just faster, but more confident, more disciplined, and more focused on and off the track. Speed training builds character. And character wins races.

How to Sign Up

Spots are limited and fill quickly. Don’t let your athlete miss the opportunity to train with coaches who live and breathe track and field. Click the link below to register or learn more about dates, pricing, and what’s included.
