BEHIND THE DESIGN PT 1: The Kitchen Transformation 👨‍🍳🔥 Kitchens make or break a project. Period. When we started designing this space, we hit 3 major challenges that almost every homeowner & investor runs into—here’s exactly how we solved them: ☀️ The Northeast Facing Room: Zero direct sunlight meant harsh, cool shadows. Instead of a sterile bright white, we used warm, creamy undertones & soft quartz to capture every bit of indirect day-glow and keep the room bright and inviting all day long. ✨ Elevating the Backsplash: We ditched bulky upper cabinets for custom warm wood floating shelves and introduced a beautiful neutral green Kit Kat tile from countertop to ceiling to pull the eye up—delivering a high-end architectural “wow” moment. 👟 High-Traffic Flooring: To lock the entire palette together, we laid a large format, creamy beige porcelain tile. It creates a seamless, low-grout visual anchor that lets those honey oak cabinets and green tile shine without overwhelming the room. 🏠 Designed with @cindymburgos 🎥 @blue.printmediaco & @juniormedia_atl Save this post 📌 to reference these design fixes for your next flip or kitchen remodel!
