Filson viðburður 03.10

Síðastliðinn laugardag héldum við Filson viðburð í búðinni sem lukkaðist mjög vel og mikið var um að vera. Donatto og Paul frá Filson stóðu vaktina og svöruðu öllum heimsins spurningum um merkið á meðan Júníus Meyvant og Rubin Pollock sáu um tónlist.

Hlökkum til að halda fleiri álíka viðburði á næstu misserum og þökkum öllum kærlega fyrir komuna!

When the final song ends and the tour comes to a close, what do the members of KALEO do next?

Away from the stage, life takes on a different rhythm. There’s time for family, friends, travel, hobbies, writing new music, and enjoying a well-earned break. But what does each band member do during this time? What really happens behind the scenes when life on the road pauses?

What do you think they do when they’re not touring? Let us know in the comments! And if you know any fun facts or interesting details about the band’s off-tour life, we’d love to hear them too.

Push the body far enough and distress can become euphoria.

That euphoria can feel spiritual.
That doesn’t mean it’s wisdom.

Any practice that teaches you
to override your body
deserves scrutiny.

I stopped trying to transcend my body.

I learned to inhabit it….which I think is a much more honest way to honor the divine.
