Happy Thanksgiving 💝 As we give thanks, let us honor the many gifts provided by our higher power: the gift of life itself, the air we breathe, fresh water to drink, and the food abundantly offered by Mother Nature. Let us be thankful for the animals, the companionship of family and friends, and the beauty and nourishment of the sun, the ocean, the mountains, the earth, and the vast sky above—reminders of our connection to the entire universe. Gratitude holds a profound power. It is the key that can transform our reality, unlocking the fullness of life. Even in our hardships, we find wisdom and valuable lessons that shape who we are. This holiday season, I invite you to stay calm and embrace the blessings life offers. Remember to care for yourself, because when you feel good within, you bring joy to those around you. I offer deep gratitude to our Sun Yoga ‘Ohana for the love, support, and connection we share. Our yoga practice nourishes us in body, mind, and spirit, and for that, I am immensely and eternally thankful. With love and gratitude, ❤️🙏 Michele Santos
