Iso kiitos tästä vuodesta kaikille maailman parhaille työkavereille! Työnteko ei olis yhtään kivaa ilman teitä. ❤️ Vielä illan Pähkinänsärkijä, ja sitten alkaa joululoma! Oon ihan fiiliksissäni. Kiitos kaikille tästä vuodesta – tässä vähän tunnelmia Pähkinänsärkijän esityksistä kulissien takaa! 🎄

The final performance of the year culminates in Sofia’s last bow before retirement. Sofia became my friend right away 10 years ago when I started at the ballet — she had pink in her hair, and I went straight up to talk to her. We’ve been friends ever since. It’s hard to imagine this workplace without you. 🥺🫶🏻
A huge thank you for this year to the absolute best coworkers in the world! Working wouldn’t be any fun at all without you. ❤️ One more Nutcracker tonight, and then it’s time for Christmas break! I’m so excited. Thank you all for this year — here are some behind-the-scenes vibes from The Nutcracker! 🎄✨

Norway summer 2025🇳🇴

One of the best and coolest trips I’ve ever been on. As a little recap…
-We camped for 3 weeks. Showered in glacial water, wet wipes, and the occasional hot shower (7 minute, 5€, super scrubbing at the marina).
-We caught and ate a lot of fish, especially cod. 🎣
-It was wet, cold, and at times miserable but so worth it. Our moments of warmth included and were limited to: 7 minute hot showers, blasting the heat in the car, coffee in Henningsvær, occasional fire we could make out of wet logs, our sauna day, an airbnb cabin on the last day 🥹, and getting absolutely pumped and freaked out on the wall. 😈
-On the plus: I flashed everything on this trip… probably means I wasn’t trying hard enough…but I’m healthy and gearing up for more adventures and a hard ballet season ahead:) I also sent my hardest trad grade: B E G Right Hand Finish N7+ and did one of the longest, most sustained leads Vestpillaren Direct N6! ✅
-Our hiking included about 20,000 steps on nature’s stairmaster a day lol
-hands, legs, muscles and soul were beat up quite a bit
-I didn’t get to see a moose but a whole lot of moose 💩
-Survived on fish, bread, nuts, rice, and dried fruit.
-Jun drove most of the time but I hopped behind the wheel maybe 1/3 of the time (3,500 km total)…. And we are still alive 🙊
-We got totally demolished by Lapland’s mosquitos 🦟

We are back in Finland, resting, humbled, happy hearts and ready for the next adventure. ❤️

May moments. One full season with FNB and life abroad. This song is on repeat as I think of home now and then. 🇺🇸 But little Evelyn and I couldn’t be happier here 🇪🇺
