Quick left to right steel session before the 🌧
Ran through a quick quick re-zero of the 510C and it smooth after that. More to come with Transitions and Reloads. Smooth and fast. Safety first

All I really need is a 2011 and to stop biting my lip.

Other than that… life’s good. More pew pew, less missin’, and plenty of flights, boats, and great friends in between.

I see a lot of new firers having issues with "Racking their Slide" and "Chambering a Round"

It's easier than you think. Cancel out the stubbornness and listen. Follow this video step my step and you'll be fine.

1. Use your serrations.
2. Oil your Slide
3. Apply the Push/Pull Method
4. Make sure both arms are working together
5. Successful RACK 💪🏾💪🏾

Outside. No distractions. This is where I find peace.

Grateful I get to keep learning and growing. In the clinic, in business, in the gym, on the range. Just trying to be a little better than I was yesterday.

Thankful for the opportunity. Blessed. 🙏

GO TO THE GYM! How are you going to protect if the physical is missing. So many of you dont realize that you have to keep your body moving or you will have a wake up call when its time to get active. MOVE YOUR BODY. Love yal

It might be 111 Degrees out but we had to get an afternoon session in today 💪🏼 We’re about 4 months in on handgun training & drilling and the results are showing. Fastest appendix draw to head shot was 1.32 for far. But the end of July I want to be under 1.00. Every weekend, evening off, rainy day. We train! #JupiterFireArmsTraining #FlockOfWahWahs #MissBehavin #LifeIsGood
