DMC IS THE PLACE TO BE! It has been about a week and I am still so giddy, joyous, and grateful looking at clips of the Fall 2025 #dancemarathonchallenge. When we started this SIX years ago, I led with the credo that DANCE WILL ALWAYS BE MY HOME BASE. And it truly has gotten me through and brought me so much in life.

From being my bond to mother to my way of moving through losing her and ultimately my father as well. Bringing me some of the most special people in my life and some of my biggest lessons. Discovering excellence in what my body can do, also accepting its limitations, and taking me through so many iterations of this vessel. Being the base when the rug has gotten pulled from under me, when my heart was breaking, and when I felt most alone. And being the purest joy and way of channelling and being in flow with my highest.

DMC has been our piece of pie that has helped express all those extremes and back. With the blend of me and Laura's similar but different movement styles and energy that we fill into the room. It really reminds me of the best parts of being in a company and asks everyone to pull out so many parts of their body and expression. What a gift! Happy 6 DMC.

Enjoying these 80° days as much as possible...

1. 🩳 - legs out until all the melanin evaporates for the Winter
2. 🦀 - City Island dates make my heart and tummy happy
3. 🚢 - there are only a handful of folks that I want to spend the 11th day of this month with. Epic Titanic themed bathrooms also help.
4. ⚠️ - she's humble until she's not. Lol. Smack talk is par for the course here, but it usually ends with a happy twerk.
5. 🥂- welcome to the hood darling
6. 😎 - A literal pause cuz sh*t is so ghetto.
7. 🎭 - some BTS cuz show season means - EVENTS
8. 🤦🏻‍♀️ - the comedy of me and the things that trigger me to be rebellious
9. 🙀 - holy cow Marisha and Marsha Marsha Marsha blew us AWAY 🤩 #Cabaret
10. 🩰 - legends only. Grateful for friends that are seamless
11. 🇵🇭 - the Philippines conglomerate of WP 😊
12. ☯️ - more Virgo birthdays. Big ups, sisterin
13. 🥞 - just a little brunch they say... Unlimited mimosas are often the springboard for trouble. Lol
14. 🥃 - 3 slides in proportion to the long day (into night) we didn't see coming
15. 💃🏼 - 2 of 2 of our annual dance show traditions
16. 🍂 - a little city center milonga after party
17. 💜 - if you knew the way I take my breaks where I can get them!!!
18. 🇰🇷 - the chokehold this movie has on me! This scene gives extra 😍 vibes #KPDH duhhh
19. 🎟️ - back at The Joyce... You can find us on the brochure... It's like that 😝
20. 🌮 - last day of the month was for my VIP Event. We had all the Taco Tuesday fun

🥹September is always a vibe.

More to share in the coming days however, this dress 🙌 never ceases to amaze me. Nor do my circle of dynamic beings. The love and support are an absolute blessing because this "only child life" is something else. #iykyk

🥳
To the birthday crew that held me up and were on camera duty, I thank and love you all dearly. @riamae121 @jupiterinscorpio and I did brunch @thenakedpignyc and WTF?! THAT WAFFLE WAS INSANE! The evening was sealed @thecarnegieclubnyc where cigars were lit, looks were giving, joy was present, and manifestations were manifesting.

To be continued... 📸#sooncome
The birthday was on 9/16 and t'was celebrated in Brooklyn. A beautiful end to fashion week at #Charm restaurant and #industrycity with @dashofcharile #StayTuned The theme was... #BODY and it shall be the theme for the rest of the year!

👑
A few days before that, @veralynhayes and I played together in #NYC and attended #thelionking on Broadway. 😘Thank you Mama! #hakunamatata

🤸🍑 👠
I was once told that I'm stingy with how I share my person, specifically my body.

Well friend, let's see how much giving the rest of the year will bring about. 🪴

I am definitely here to share 📸

Still curious about what goes on during DMC? Here's the reel from last Fall celebrating 5 YEARS of the Dance Marathon Challenge! ☯️

These days we are focused on the word, COMMUNITY, and are so grateful for our community of these gorgeous spirits who come fearless, determined, loving, strong, fierce, and so expressive, dedicated to spending 3 hours with us on a Saturday. 💪💗

But we have so much fun and share laughter, occasional tears, and joyous triumphs while getting the work done. It's such a commitment to come through and we thank all of you who continue to support us. And to new folks contemplating coming in the room - come through! 🥰 We really do have the best time!

Hope you enjoy this latest clip and be on the lookout for footage from our Winter 2025 DMC. Please like and share! Sending so much light, highest intentions, and love to you all. 🙏💜🙏
