This week’s MANDATORY final meeting information!

We will be finalizing looks on Friday and practicing model walks, so models and designers please bring what you need for the check-ins. If you can’t attend the meeting, message Hannah Finnell on GroupMe IMMEDIATELY! In the case you miss the meeting, you will need to send a photo of your design on your model! If you don’t notify anyone about your absence you will not be able to be in the show as this is our final meeting before rehearsals. Thank you and see you Friday!

Hosted by the Office of Sustainability for Earth Month. We present the Sustainable Fashion Show @ Burruss auditorium on April 29th @ 7:00.

As we continue to face environmental challenges, this show is meant to evoke powerful imagery of two possible futures: one where we continue down a destructive, hedonistic path, and one where we make the difficult but meaningful change for sustainability. We challenge both the industry and consumers to reflect on and acknowledge the fashion industry’s impact on the planet. Our end goal is to inspire optimism for a brighter future; where creativity thrives without compromising the environment and where innovative solutions lead to a thriving planet.
