returning to myself has been: Discovering I love the mad exposure therapy that is pole!! Opening a beautiful play with the most talented team of badass women whose artistry and friendship inspire me every single day. Successfully cutting my own hair- very impulsively with minimal research right before said opening night- and I nailed it! Grieving a person who pretended to be real and the imaginary life we planned together. Turning my focus instead to treasuring the boundless capacity of my tender heart. Honoring the love I am capable of. Reconnecting and laughing and crying and raging and being held close by beloved friends. Delighting in slow peaceful mornings with my sweet Lou Pants while I relearn to nourish my body. Finally, returning to the place where I belong- rolling around a studio floor with many a deep down true blue sigh of pleasurable relief. 💜 celebrating this life with loud gratitude as the horrors of the world torment.

Ok woooow am wildly behind on these monthly dumps because September was so much fing fun I got stuck lol. But some selects from Portugal with the besties, @amespins & @jaybirdartivist ‘s wedding of the century, sleepover forever vibes in Brooklyn and some more work and play. September was blessed as hell!!

Every season has a few people who walk onto set, do their thing and suddenly the whole day just lifts… these three did exactly that. They came in, nailed their moments and added a layer of heart I didn’t even know the scenes needed.

I’m grateful they stepped into the Misguided universe for our final season.
