Hello, my friends call me Justin. I’m working as an interior designer/business partner during daytime. During weekends and night time, I’m playing as a DJ and sound system crew member (RFTW). 6. Is there a memory between late night and early morning that has stayed with you? It was a morning after a heavily drinking night 8 or 9 years ago. Me and some friends just finished playing mahjong in Shinjuku. We head out to Tsukiji fish market to grab some sushi then enjoy it beside the bay when time paused for a while, just thinking if I will ever want to live here? 11. If you had to describe Tokyo in just one word, what would it be? 混乱状態 Information booming, advertisements everywhere with flashing lights. Never resting city centre still able to find services during midnight. People are different in the day time compare to night time, desires and emancipation from society erupts. People around you aren’t friends nor enemies. They are just looking for fun. ⸻ 1. 簡単に自己紹介をお願いします。 こんにちは、Justinです。 普段はインテリアデザイナー兼ビジネスパートナーとして働いています。 週末や夜になると、DJをしたり、サウンドシステムクルー「RFTW」のメンバーとして活動しています。 6. 深夜から朝方にかけて、忘れられない思い出はありますか？ 8〜9年前、新宿で友達と朝まで麻雀をした日のことです。 そのあと築地市場へ行って寿司を買い、湾岸で食べました。 あの朝だけは時間が止まったような感覚があって、「いつかここに住むことになるのかな」と、ぼんやり考えていました。 11. 今の東京を一言で表すとしたら？ 混乱状態。 情報があふれ、広告が光り続ける街。 深夜になっても眠ることなく、人々は昼とは違う顔を見せます。 欲望が解放されそれぞれが夜を楽しんでいる。 隣にいる人は友達でも敵でもなく、ただ同じように、この街で夜を過ごしているだけなのかもしれません。 ⸻ 深夜東京 Stories, memories, and personal moments from people who have crossed paths with Tokyo.

Drawing on a deep sensitivity to rhythm, frequency, and emotion, she creates immersive works that bridge movement and sound. Her work has been featured on radio stations and in clubs across Prague, Marseille, London, Japan, Hangzhou, and Vietnam. In Taiwan, she is active within the underground scene, performing at venues such as Final and various guerrilla-style parties, and has shared the stage with artists like Iglooghost, KAVARI, and Goth trad. Her practice and artistic trajectory have also been covered by Mixmag Asia and Sabukaru Online. With a near-obsessive precision in EQ sculpting, she resists genre constraints, blending diverse sonic elements into new forms of sound design. Through this process, she continues to build a sonic world imbued with a cult-like atmosphere. 虚無顔 @kyomugao We have zero interest in playing music just to seek someone else's approval. This night is about sharpening the sounds we love, and letting them echo into the deepest corners of the dark.
