Last night was so much more than a dance class. 💚✨

“Body Language” was an intentional space centered on healing through movement, connection, vulnerability, and sisterhood. There was no simply learning a few 8-counts and heading home.

There were dance moves, tears, laughter, breakthroughs, and some of the biggest smiles you’ve ever seen.

A huge thank you to @bestofbri for leading such a powerful experience. You didn’t just teach dance, you helped women reconnect with their bodies, embrace their confidence, and find freedom in every move. Your energy and intention made the room feel safe, empowering, and joyful.

Shoutout to our founder and host, @shanaebenito_, for creating a space where women could show up authentically and pour back into themselves. 💚 Thank you to @adrienn_nicole for helping facilitate and capture special moments, and to our Wellness Ambassador @herrr.jaz for supporting both of yesterday’s events.

Most importantly, thank you to every woman who showed up, shared, and allowed herself to be seen. We hold your stories close to our hearts.

Happy Mental Health Awareness Month, Queens. 👑💚 We can’t wait for the next one.

RECAP!

It takes a lot to step out of our comfort zones and enter a new world of learning and discovery. However, every time we do, we experience a newfound freedom!
Some of my dancers had never taken a ballet class in their lives, yet everyone showed up and gave their best! Thank you all for an amazing class, I am very grateful 💫✨

Stay tuned for our next class and future events!

Our new season of in-person classes is coming 🤍
We’re opening slowly, with care, and making space for dancers to grow and feel supported. More soon—we can’t wait to move together.

Hey ATL -
My cousin is about to break down the sickest dance for you, her class is a STEAL of a deal (I told her to raise her price) and it’s coming up so register right now for HEELS AND HARMONY!!!

My girl Marie is the best realtor I have EVER had, bless yourself and follow her before you make mistakes you have never even heard of.

Oh, and love on who loves on you - love the VERB bump the WORD.
