2027 NFL Draft | Midseason Center Watchlist

The top group of college football centers for the 2027 NFL Draft is beginning to emerge.

It’s an interesting mix of veterans and players still relatively new to the position, each bringing a different combination of strengths, weaknesses and developmental upside.

What stands out most about this group is the overall position versatility. While they’re being evaluated as centers, I believe every player in this group will need to play guard at some point. That versatility will be important to their value at the next level.

These are my midseason evaluations based on film study, highlighting what each player does well and where improvement is needed.

This is NOT a ranking, and there’s plenty of football left to be played.
