BETWEEN FRAMES: The Yoga + Sound Experience

A morning to move, breathe, inspire, and connect.

Join us at the beautiful Studio at Wilson in downtown Phoenix for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience where movement meets sound, art, and community.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga with @desma__
🎶 Sound + Breathwork with Celeste of @celestial_sonic
☕ Cold Brew & Lattes provided
🎨 Art available for sale
🍧 Popsicles
📸 Film Photo booth
🎧 Indie, alternative + R&B sounds
🤍 And plenty of space to meet someone new

We’ll begin with an intentional yoga experience designed to get you grounded and present, followed by sound and breathwork to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Then stay awhile. Grab a coffee, enjoy the studio, cool down with a popsicle, step into the photo booth, listen to some good music, and make a new friend.

Because wellness doesn’t have to happen in isolation.

Come for the practice. Stay for the experience.
