Why I love fitness:

I get the unique OPPORTUNITY to CONNECT with people through FITNESS and help some ACHIEVE goals/BREAK through plateaus.

PROUD of JP with the progress he has made these past 3 years. Although I was able to REFINE his training, his fitness journey from 250lbs to 176lbs was all on his HARDWORK.

I’m not yet established as a coach, nor getting paid. However, I am still so ENRICHED and FULFILLED to engage in these interactions.

I have been on my fitness journey for about 8 years now, and bodybuilding for the last 3. I have progressed myself to a position to where I can extend my fitness knowledge and experience to others.

After 10 years, my time in this activity has finally come to an end.

Thank you to everyone who made marching band so much fun! I wouldn’t have stuck around so long if it wasn’t for you. Thank you to my family for coming to shows and supporting me no matter what level I was performing at. Thank you to all the teachers who introduced me to this activity and helped me become the performer I am today.

Thank you to all the organizations who let me become a part of their group and call it home. To the Mandarins, thank you for introducing me to drum corps and helping develop my marching abilities. To the Blue Devils, thank you for allowing me to experience this activity at its highest level and to learn from the best. To UNLV, thank you for supporting my college education, even though I am not a music major, and for allowing me to test my music writing skills. To Foothill High School, thank you for introducing me to this all.

Finally, a special thank you to Foothill High School and Ed W. Clark High School for allowing me to tech at their schools the past three years. Although I am unsure of whether I can help teach again next season, it was an honor to be able to help the programs and directors who supported me.

I would not be who I am today without this activity. Thanks again to all who helped me experience this activity to the fullest!
