Disclaimer: we also strongly believe in therapy 🫶🏼

Most gyms have decent equipment.
Most gyms have decent trainers.
Most gyms are filled with people.

We have the best.

The best people.
The best coaches.
The best community.

That’s what makes SDA different and it only takes showing up to experience it yourself.

If you’re ready for more than just a gym… come see us 💪🏼

We’re excited to officially kick off our partnership with Thrive Medicine 👏

The Thrive team came out to SDA this week and put our coaches through PNOE testing, giving us an inside look at things like VO₂ max, resting metabolic rate, cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health and how our bodies are actually using fuel.

Before we bring something new to our members, we want to understand it ourselves. So naturally, our coaches went first. 😅

Thrive’s approach is centered around advanced diagnostics and real, measurable data to help people better understand their health, performance and longevity.

We’re really excited about what this partnership can bring to the SDA community and the opportunity to add another layer of objective data to the way we approach training, nutrition and overall health.

Huge thank you to the Thrive team for coming to us, testing our crew and taking the time to walk us through all of our results.

More to come for SDA members very soon 👀

BCS Classic is officially in the books!🥹💪🏼
What started with a whole lot of nerves turned into such an unforgettable experience. My first competition definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone and taught me A LOT, but looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m so glad I said yes to this experience, and I’d absolutely do it all over again!

I was SO nervous going into that first event, but we settled in for our second workout and finished 3rd in our heat!🙌🏼 Shoutout to those Thursday EMOMs at SDA for getting us ready!😂

And I couldn’t do this without my partner, Judy. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR.⭐️ She wrapped up finals the week of the competition and is already getting ready to start her next semester soon, yet still showed up and gave it her all. I’m so grateful I got to experience my first competition with her!🫶🏼

And we HAVE to give a huge shoutout to Judy’s dad! He was our coach, our biggest cheerleader, our advice-giver, our workout helper, AND our media crew.😂 He was there helping us through the workouts, cheering on us and everyone else from SDA who competed, and somehow managed to capture all the moments along the way. He was truly the center of day one and two, and we are so grateful for everything he did for us!🤍

We had so much fun and truly enjoyed every bit of this experience. It was my first competition, all while working all week/weekend, so getting to step outside my comfort zone and just go for it was something really special.

And of course, getting to see my SDA besties made it even better! I definitely fan-girled hard.🥹🫶🏼

So many pictures coming because I want to remember ALL of it. What a weekend!❤️🤍💙

Mondays feel different when taking care of yourself is just what you do.

Not because you’re always motivated.
Not because you never miss.
Not because every workout feels good.

You just keep showing up.

And when you fall out of routine? You don’t need to “start over.” You just start again.

We’ll meet you there.

Real people. Real coaching. Real impact.
