Kusama has been in this world 1 year now, and I hope he knows that we have been in love with him since we learned that it would be possible that he would be ours— since this day 1 year ago. It wasn’t until Kusama that either of us had ever had a pet cat before. The love and loyalty that we have shown Kusama he has shown unto us. We had to wait 12 weeks to bring you home, but we’d wait a million weeks again if we knew that it was you, Kusama. The love from you and from any pet I imagine is like none other. There is nothing to compare it to. Blessed had meaning when we got you ♥️

While we are celebrating our baby boy, our hearts remain heavy for the Communities of El Paso, and Dayton. 🇲🇽🇺🇸) This hate crime hit way too close, as we too were born and raised on la frontera (Brownsville, TX).
