We had an AMAZING time at the 2026 doTERRA “Imagine” Convention in Orlando, Florida this year.

We were missing our beloved leaders Terry & Lil Shepherd as Terry continues his hard work to recovery from a serious accident he had earlier this year.

However they were with us the entire time. We love you Terry & Lil! We are Stronger Together. You two are our driving force and an inspiration to us all.

We love you ♥️

Shoutout to another food biz friend of mine. I bartered a gallon of tea for a tub of chicken salad. This is Sencha green tea, hibiscus, and blood orange. (I put a pinch of mint) It is truly one of the best drinks I've ever had. The taste is bright and lovely. Not too sweet, but fruity. Thirst quenching. I find myself guzzling it, but I need to savor it! Nothing artificial. Get with Jojo's Leaf Juice and get yourself a gallon. @justbr3ath3holistics #hibiscustea #jojosleafjuice

the newborn exam peacefully in the comfort of their home while the family watches ✨

I’m reminded once again of the miracle of life. Every tiny detail, from the full head of hair, to the rhythm of her heartbeat. A testament to God’s perfect design.

After four boys, this incredible mama finally welcomed her baby girl into the world. Her husband was by her side every step of the way, her doula gave unwavering hands on support, and her youngest son watched with pure love and admiration. It was a fast, intense birth, and she faced it with incredible strength and courage. Capturing this beautiful journey was an absolute honor.

Welcome baby girl! 💗✨

It’s been over a year now since I was introduced to grounding techniques 👁️👂🏽👣 and WOW, what a difference that practice has made in my life. I’ve learned to ground myself when I’m overwhelmed, when I’m anxious, worried or scared or when I just want to connect myself to the Earth. 🌎

As I continue to find new ways to get in touch with me, I’m thankful for wandering over to @justbr3ath3holistics booth @lemonsagebridalexpo and listening to the benefits of essential oils.

#Balance from @doterra has been helpful this week as I’ve done my best to navigate this busy season of life. The earthy aroma👃🏽 has done wonders for my senses to help me feel grounded🧘🏽‍♀️ and bring a sense of instant peace. ☮️✌️

Thanks @justbr3ath3holistics for sharing your knowledge with me!

🌿 Thank you to everyone who joined us for an enlightening workshop on Holistic First Aid with the Holistic Moms Network! 🌿

We had a fantastic session exploring the benefits of essential oils like Lavender, Frankincense, and Tea Tree oil, along with other natural remedies such as Neem, Coconut oil, and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt). Together, we discovered how these powerful ingredients can support our well-being and provide effective solutions for everyday health challenges.

A special thank you to @organically.grown.wellness for hosting us! Stay tuned for more empowering workshops and holistic insights from the Holistic Moms Network!

Doterra has brought best people into my life! I don’t really have words yet to share all the goodness from this trip but I cried a lot, laughed a lot, and lost my voice. ALL GOOD THINGS!

So since I don’t have words, here are some fun pictures of this last weeks leadership conference ❤️

Next year I hope to have tons of our team with us! It was too much fun to do it again without us all together xoxox
