You don’t have to always have it all together.

12 days with 6/7 (hehe) founders in Ericeira, portugal is sadly over.

in these houses i feel fully alive.
that little nagging feeling that something’s missing, is non-existent
in such a short time we became a little family.

too many moments to remember.
the sleepy faces every morning.
sunrises from the cliffs, followed by a workout.

Power hours.

raw, vulnerable conversations that matter.
while also being kids again, laughing at the stupidest stuff.

Diner with gratitude rounds.
ending the night with tense mafia sessions.

@sarapelucio nobody left the house without a mind-bending insight from a conversation with you.
loved seeing go from feeling stuck to full action mode.
website built. offer done. calls booked with potential clients.
all in 12 days.

@ivan.isnavi your dance moves deserve their own compilation.
but what stuck with me most was the key takeaway you shared with us: taking a few days off having fun and noticing that your business didn’t break. You were just as productive.
something so many of us get caught up in and need to hear from time to time.

@hugo.wlkr for bringing the calm and clarity. It was so good to see you loving the routine.
leveling up everyone’s AI game.
and showing us what the embodied version of enjoying the moment without planning and wanting a lot from it.

@pernillekroglund bring the fairy energy to the group.
so open, showing us what living authentically looks like.
Incredible to see you changing from self-doubt to leaning into your power.
a new idea launched and people paying already +4 figures profit, all inside the house.

@laravdsluijs bringing the dad jokes and spicy cooking haha. Thanks for making sure everything ran smoothly
so proud to see you break through your limiting beliefs.
sharing your gratitude throughout the whole experience.
and having peace with a difficult but important decision

@farashik had to leave early, unexpectedly.
but in those few days you made the whole room shine.
salsa dancing with everyone, the creative drawing workshop and the mini paintings in the morning

DAY 02 || I will make this a daily affirmation from now on as my heart is full of thankfulness and love. I woke up on a stranger’s couch that | literally saw on Instagram for the first time a couple days beforehand. I shared my idea, my purpose, my drive, then he invited me. I booked a one way ticket because my inner voice told me to. Now, he became a good friend and inspiration to me in no time. @justin.stomp
The weeks in Lisbon will be pioneering for my future but u will understand it in 03. See u tomorrow.
My first three thoughts every morning are:
1. How do I best serve the people that | love today?
2. Are my actions in alignment with my purpose?
3. How will I protect my energy today?
