Sorry (not) Ok maybe my last post on this .. this is one year difference !! I'm still on cloud 9. This was the most challenging thing I have physically done in my life so I wanted to share what it took. I have been working out regularly for the past two years, which was prompted by me getting to 165 pounds, which was my biggest ever! last year I went to the same competition I competed in and told myself why not try next year! So in addition to working out, which with my trainer /bf 😍, which consisted initially of all weight training (no cardio) for the first 8 months ( don't believe the hype ladies, you will not bulk up) , then in feb of this year I got a nutrition coach, strict dieting for almost 5 months, in 5 months my nutrition coach gave me 2 cheat meals, yes 2, not days, meals, otherwise I weighed my chicken breast and green beans oatmeal lol, no sugar, no dairy, no nothing, alll while drinking 100 plus ounces of water a day, never once did I cheat, not one bite not one taste, all while cooking nachos and other mess for my kids. I was cranky, carb depleted, in tears some days. I lost about 25 pounds and leaned out tremendously, but it was hard sitting at a restaurant with my coworkers with my Tupperware, or even worse going on vacation with my Tupperware! But I'm so grateful and proud, if you do the work it really works! Trust the process! It's cliche, but trust !! It won't happen overnight sometimes I thought I was going in reverse ! But it will happen!! Ok Rant over 😊@justinemunro nutrition coach @tawnaeubanksmccoy posing coach @goddessglamsuits suit @faceit_islay makeup

Be comfortable in your own skin. Be confident and proud of your accomplishments. Nobody is perfect, strive to work on your flaws in hope to become a better person. Being part of @hardmagnum is such an honour. The support from everyone is unbelievable. I'm so thankful that I'm able to say I'm a Magnum athlete. I have so much respect for that company.
