I sat down with @justingcobb to discuss why I don't code switch, writing, and believing in yourself. In this clip, he and I talk about being vulnerable, how it is my super power, why vulnerability has led to my success, and the importance of authenticity. I had a great time with this interview. Check it out and tell me what you think.

2024 was a year of dreams turned into realities, learning moments turned to teaching moments, and anger channeled into activism. From taking on my dream career as a forensic social worker, teaching as an adjunct professor for incoming HEOP/CSTEP students, becoming the youngest board member for a nonprofit organization, co-authoring my first published personal narrative in a book, being invited to speak for panels in spaces such as my alma mater, Adelphi University, and Washington D.C., being a part of of several podcasts, facilitating workshops for several organizations, speaking at a press conference and connecting with federal, state, and city elected officials, but most of all, fulfilling my passion as a criminal justice and community activist within the communities I serve and fight for has been life changing! To be 31 and with all of these experiences under my belt has taught me that if you want change, you have to go for it and give it all you got. Forever grateful for all the everlasting and momentous opportunities given to me by all of those who believe in me and continue to do so. 2025 will be a year of practive change and I will continue to do my part to be a part of that change!
