After months of training, fundraising, and preparation, our Fight for the Cure 2026 fighters are getting closer to stepping into the ring for their first-ever sanctioned bout.

Join us on Thursday, June 11th at Heart & Crown - Byward Market for the official Fight for the Cure 2026 Launch Party! 🥊

For the first time, this year’s seven match-ups will come face-to-face as we introduce the fighters stepping into the ring this October. Hear their stories, what motivated them to take on this challenge, and get an inside look at the journey ahead.

In just the first month of fundraising, the 2026 fighters have already raised over $120,000 in support of The Ottawa Hospital’s Cancer Centre, setting a new Fight for the Cure record for the most funds raised at this stage of the campaign.

The evening will also highlight the incredible work being done through cancer research, clinical trials, and patient care right here in Ottawa, and the impact this year’s event will help make possible.

This is where the rivalries begin, the momentum builds, and the road to fight night officially starts.

#tbt to the early days of Strong Enterprises!

📍1978: With bold vision and determination, Kevin Strong proudly launched Regional Combustion Services Limited, taking a significant leap forward in his entrepreneurial journey. Under Kevin and Sophia’s mindful leadership, the company thrived for nearly 11 years.

📍1989: Kevin and Sophia made the decision to sell the company in Toronto and move to the Quinte area. Their desire for a quieter, more country-oriented lifestyle for their family led them to Belleville, where they founded Strong Bros. Heating and Air Conditioning. This move not only marked the beginning of what would become Strong Enterprises but also provided a nurturing environment for their children, Justin and Natalie Strong (now CEO and COO), to grow up.
