June is Men's Mental Health Month. Too many men carry stress, pressure, anxiety, relationship challenges, financial burdens, and personal struggles in silence. That's why this month's Fellaship meeting is a Freestyle Session — no agenda, no script, no predetermined topic. Just real men having real conversations about whatever is on their minds. Whether you want to talk about fatherhood, relationships, business, finances, mental health, personal growth, or simply listen and learn, this is a space where your voice matters. Sometimes the most powerful conversations are the ones that happen naturally. Link in BIO to RSVP... #mensmentalheath #fellashipmensgroup #mensmentalhealthmonth

June is Men’s Mental Health Month. As men, we’re often taught to carry the weight. To stay strong. To keep pushing. To figure it out on our own. But strength isn’t pretending everything is okay when it isn’t. Strength is having the courage to talk. To ask for help. To lean on your brothers. To be honest about what you’re carrying. Too many men are fighting silent battles while telling everyone they’re “good.” This month, let’s change that. At Fellaship, we’re creating a space where men can be real, be heard, and be supported without judgment. You don’t have to carry it alone. Check on your brothers. Reach out. Show up. Because real strength is found in Fellaship. #MensMentalHealthMonth #Fellaship #MentalHealthMatters #Brotherhood #MensGroup

Burger Bar is back! Sunday, July 27th. Everybody keep asking, “When the next one?!” — well here it is. We’re aiming to do these every quarter, and eventually every month. Me and @brovictorious might be the hosts, but y’all are the magic. This space is built by the people who pull up. Last time over 40 men showed up ready to breathe, build, and belong. This time? Expect more. Link in Bio 📸 by @giftedonellc Let’s run it back. #BurgerBar #MensSpace #BlackMenDeserveSafeSpaces #CommunityOverEverything
