30 years rooted in Kern.

Proud to have directed this commercial celebrating three decades of Kern Family Health Care and the people, families, and community that have been part of that journey.

I’m incredibly thankful to work alongside such a talented crew and to have the opportunity to create work like this for an organization I’m proud to be a part of.

What I love about my career is being able to get a group of professional artist to work cohesively for a greater outcome. That’s the magic of working with your network of creatives.

We launched the television commercials last week for @kernfamilyhealthcare campaign “Medi-Cal Renewals & 30 years of Care in Kern.” Here are two screen grabs of the commercials.

Behind the scenes of 30 Years Rooted in Kern & Medi-Cal Renewals Campaign.

Really proud of how this one came together. Reel by @rynz_wrld

Leading the process from the initial idea and script all the way through production and seeing it come to life on set was a lot of fun.

When executing a vision there is a lot of moving pieces, a lot of people behind the scenes, and a whole lot of work that went into these spots. I’m grateful I got help to bring the vision to the screen and work alongside such a great crew.

If a first-time camper heads home asking, “When are we doing this again?” then I know we’ve done something right.

Camping isn’t about having the most expensive gear or venturing the furthest off the grid. It’s about creating a space where people can slow down, disconnect from the noise, and remember how good it feels to simply be outside. 🏕️

Home away from home.

Most trips to LA are centered around work, but this one had a little more to it. We welcomed our newest niece, Wendy, into the world, Jamie hosted a pop-up and did what she does best (photos coming soon), and I wrapped up a two-day production as the acting AD.

What could’ve felt like a long week flew by. Until next time, LA.
