This one is for you, my late Amah. 👵🏼❤️

You watched me grow from a full-time coach into someone brave enough to chase even my wildest dreams. You believed in me, celebrated every little victory, and made coming home feel like home. 🏡

I poured my grief, love, and heart into my work, carrying your support with me through every routine and competition. I only wish you could have been there in person, but I felt you with me every step of the way. 🫂

I hope you’re watching from above, smiling proudly at the coach I’m becoming and the lives I get to impact. 🥲

Thank you for always believing in me. I miss you endlessly.

This one is for you Amah. 👵🏼❤️

COL 2025 recap

This season has been so heartfelt, the support, growth and teams I’ve helped has been one big blessing. 💜🩵❤️💙

I’ve poured all my heart and soul into these teams and they are reflected by the hard work and determination shown on the blue mat, I couldn’t be happier. Only we know what goes on this season and all the hurdles we had to overcome to reach where we are.

This year has been the biggest changes with routine changed to 2mins and 1 min cheer, no more than 3minutes which means faster pace of choreography and lesser time to breathe, focusing on sharp and clean skills in shorter amount of time. 😮‍💨 it’s definitely a lot harder and the game changed, we can only adapt. Definitely not easy with the skills and pacing set, I am so proud of everyone. Biggest thanks to my AC and all the parents committee assisting this year 🤗

I know we will continue to strive for more in 2026, for now I will take my well deserved rest and reconnect soon. 😴

Any urgent message, please drop me a DM/PM and I’ll get back at my earliest convenience. ☺️ please react this post with 👍🏼 once read, thank you very much everyone. 😁
