POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Silence isn’t strength. It’s just pain with nowhere to go.

It shows up in the short answers. The extra minutes sitting in the car before walking inside. The “I’m good” that isn’t.

But something shifts when a man finally says it out loud. The weight gets lighter. The room gets warmer. The people who love him finally get to meet the real him.

Healing starts when the silence ends. 💚

He smiles at work. Shows up for everybody. Says “I’m good” every time someone asks.

But nobody asks twice.

So many of us were taught to carry it quietly. To be strong by staying silent. We made “he-Motions” for every man who’s been holding it in for years, and for everyone who loves him.

Your vulnerability is not weakness. Your feelings are not a burden. And God never meant for you to carry it alone.

Check on him. Then check on him again. 💚

Part 1- If you saw my story of My Pouring into Myself… This is what I mean❤️ My Gift is my Light. Attending @the.villageinitiative gala created by @__melissaj19 which was built for community reminded me of my mission, pouring just to pour isn’t always the outcome you expect to see. But pouring into something that reflects me is the reward. 🙏🏽🙌🏾✂️#altamontesalon #fullservicesalon #continuededucation #futurebeautyprofessional #students

“Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day. We have something to say.”

We made he-Motions because too many of us were taught that silence is strength. It’s not.

On this World Mental Health Day, I want every man reading this to hear me: your Vulnerability is NOT weakness. Your feelings are not a burden. God didn’t make you to carry it all alone.

If you need a starting point for the conversation, he-Motions is free to watch on TUBI. Watch it, share it with a brother, a son, a father, a friend, A Man You Love 💚.

May I ask you a question… Will you check-in on one man today?

Grateful is the best word to describe this season. 🙏🏾

19.52 PB and WL in the 200m.
Three Diamond League wins. 💎💎💎
Diamond League Champion.🏆
Ultimate Champion 100m & 200m.🏆🏆
World No. 1 in the 200m.
World No. 2 in the 100m.

For the first time in my pro career, I was able to compete for an entire year healthy and injury free. There were difficult years that tested my body, my patience and my belief. I kept working, even when the results didn’t reflect the effort. This season was a reminder of what’s possible when everything comes together.

To my entire team: thank you for believing in me, caring for my body and keeping me prepared, focused and confident through every high and low. To my family and everyone who supported me, encouraged me and showed me love throughout this journey: I felt it every step of the way 🙏🏾

The journey is far from over, and I’m more motivated than ever for what comes next. See you in 2027. 🥋

The setbacks tested me. The silver medals motivated me. Poland built the momentum. Zurich raised the standard. Brussels proved I was ready.

I stayed patient. I stayed hungry. I kept pursuing. The pursuit brought me here and I finished it as Champion. 🥇

Brussels was another statement. After running 19.62 in Zurich, I came back and did it again - 19.62 in the 200m, tying the world lead. But I’m not satisfied. The goal is bigger now. Break my PB. Chase 19.40.

🇵🇱 Poland ✓ → 🇨🇭Zurich ✓ → 🇧🇪 Brussels ✓ → 🇭🇺 Budapest

Three cities down. One remains. The stakes are higher than ever. Next stop: Budapest. The Ultimate Championship.🥋
