Another Year Older, Another Year Wiser 🌟

It’s incredible how quickly time flies! This past year, I hit milestones that eluded me last year and spent six transformative months in Cincinnati, Ohio. I’ve developed a deeper appreciation for my family and the preciousness of life.

I’ve always been on the move, acquiring my dreams and goals. But as I get older, I’m realizing how temporary life is. Looking at the average lifespan of men in America, I’m already more than halfway through. Each day I wake up is a blessing.

One key takeaway from this year is understanding relationships. They’re like leaves, branches, and twigs. Some stay for a lifetime, while others fall away, leaving behind beautiful memories. I may not write or call often to my family and friends, but I’m just a phone call away! (Texting is still my weak point, as you all know 😂)

And another dream came true…training at the @glutelabofficial.

I have been following for many years the work of @bretcontreras1 so I always wanted to train at his gym at some point.

Booked my hotel and once I realized that the Glute Lab is only 10 min away I had to book a session.

@natileenicole gave the Glute Squad class that I booked and I am so happy that I did cause not only is she a professional coach but also an amazing person.
