Scenes from Hamptons 💞 it’s truly hard to be away from home months at a time but I try to make my experience well-rounded. Obviously, lots of work. But also nature moments, connecting/cocktails w/ Black elders in their homes, indigenous powwow by Shinnecock Nation, fine dining, time w/ friends, rest, and more. Grateful to have done this work at the highest level over the years. #hamptonschef

Who’s ready for an easy game day showstopper? 🏈✨ Dive into @harlemrwright’s irresistible smoked salmon dip, simple, delicious, and perfect for your Super Bowl party! Recipe below!

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (plus zest, optional)
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh chives
1-2 small garlic clove, finely grated
1–2 tsp prepared horseradish, drained (start with 1 tsp)
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste (usually very little)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt/sour cream until smooth.
2. Stir in lemon juice, dill, chives, garlic, horseradish, Worcestershire, and pepper.
3. Gently mix in the smoked salmon.
4. Add more horseradish for heat, lemon for brightness, or a tiny pinch of salt if needed.
5. Chill 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
