Per questo 2024 mi auguro e ci auguro, l'indomita Forza di un grande fiume di acqua dolce 💦

Ci auguro di scorrere e di non congelare mai le nostre acque, per paura di ciò che possono incontrare..
Qui mentre mi immergevo in preghiera nel grande e freddo fiume Saraswati, Dea della musica e dell'arte, vivevo uno stato di grazia e bellezza, quello della totalitá del momento presente.
Di li a poche settimane sarei dovuta tornare in Italia, vivendo una sorta di "strappo" e di piccolo lutto che ho affrontato, mi rendo conto ora, congelando un bel po di emozioni.

Perche l'acqua dentro di noi, é materiale emotivo, non solo organico. Le lacrime sono acqua salata che cambia la sua composizione a seconda delle emozioni che hanno causato il pianto..l'acqua é cosa viva, la cosa piu viva che abbiamo. E il pianto una grande benedizione.
Lasciar fluire le "acque" é anche ciò che ci permette si sentire il PIACERE. Dunque quando blocchiamo il nostro sentire ci separiamo dal dolore come dalla gioia.
Può valerne davvero la pena? Ovviamente no.
Me ne sono resa veramente conto quando le emozioni sono arrivate a cascata tutte insieme, belle e brutte, finalmente libere di scorrere.

Non é sempre stato cosi per me, anzi..ho dovuto fare a meno del pianto libero e totalizzante in un momento della mia vita in cui sono stata chiamata ad essere adulta, in cui la situazione non mi permetteva di abbandonarmi al dolore, era tutto troppo difficile e attorno a me non avevo sostegno.
La malattia di mia madre, la sua morte, mi hanno portato ad alzare la testa e attingere a tutta la Luce che avevo dentro, la mia energia solare.

Ma la vera Forza sta nell'integrazione fra queste due parti di noi, sta nell'attraversarci, nel dare ascolto alla nostra Bambina sapendo prenderla per mano come un adulto sa fare.
Il mio augurio per quest'anno é di essere sempre piu LIBER* di sentire e vivere cio che c'e, senza censure, senza tabu, ma con tanta Grazia e Consapevolezza.
Onore alle nostre Ferite perche é li che risiede la nostra forza ✨
