Spring 2026 — 25th Anniversary Banquet ❤︎

What an incredible 25 years of the Iota Chapter of Sigma Omicron Pi. We are so grateful for every sister who helped make this semester unforgettable and for the love, effort, and energy that continues to strengthen our sisterhood.

Congratulations again to our PMOM @amberrchen_ for her Alpha Upsilon Class! A huge thank you to @alice.liu5 and @clairexchen for hosting such a beautiful and memorable banquet, and to all of our friends, externals, and alumna who came out to celebrate this special milestone with us. Thank you for your endless support and encouragement!

As we wrap up the semester, we’re especially proud of our 8 graduating seniors for their unwavering dedication and lasting impact on SOPi. Here’s to celebrating and looking forward to many more years ahead!

Last week, we paired some of our first-year students with members of the FIRST@Smeal Leadership Council for some
pottery painting! Whose piece are you most excited to see?

❤︎ Big/Little Spotlight ❤︎

⌗187 Alyna “𝒜𝓇𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒶” Han
⌗196 Riejchana “𝒜𝑜𝑒𝒹𝑒” Kiet-Nun

Describe Each Other 3 Emojis
Alyna: 😚🌷🐿️
Riejchana: 🌌💃🫶

❤︎ First Impression of Each Other:

Alyna: immediately loved her vibe! i feel like we just clicked right away and i love/loved how sweet and funny and grounded she is! i was also shocked by how many random niche interests we had in common, like she fr knows ball 🫨

Riejchana: my first impression of alyna: thought she was so cool hello. her smile and voice was so warm and welcoming. we clicked instantly and i found myself laughing after every exchanged sentence. i was extremely curious about her and was left wanting to get to know her even better after that.

❤︎ Favorite Memory Together:

Alyna: obviously every second together is my favorite 🤭 but if i HAD to pick probably our early valentines date when we went to sip & slurp! she read my fortune (her tarot cards lowkey bullied me 💔) and caught me up on all her lore 😛

Riejchana: her telling me that she thought i had already made up my mind about my potential big and her trying to win me over until the very end.

❤︎ What You Love Most About Each Other:

Alyna: she is so incredibly thoughtful! she always makes such an effort for those around her and making sure they feel seen 🥹 she’s also so curious about the world (and space lol) and hearing her talk about different theories and being passionate about her ideas inspires me to do the same!

Riejchana: i adore alyna and her heart so much. i’ve never met anyone as thoughtful and generous; i cannot wait to make more memories with her and learn EVERYTHING about her.
