“Monsters exist, but they are too few in number to be truly dangerous. More dangerous are the common men, the functionaries ready to believe and to act without asking questions.”

First impressions matter.

Being a great official is about more than making the right call. It’s also about showing up prepared, professional, and ready to lead the game from the moment you step onto the floor.

Our RefMasters Camp officials showed up sharp this year and it showed.

Nearly 100 officials, clinicians, and staff. Half a dozen countries. One shared mission: make officiating better.

RefMasters Camp 2026 brought together officials at every stage of the journey to learn from elite NBA and NCAA clinicians, review film, work games, strengthen their mindset, and build real relationships.

Because officiating can be hard and officials should not have to navigate it alone.

Technology helps us connect and educate, but the people are the reason we do this.

The officials chasing their next opportunity.
The clinicians sharing years of experience.
The crews learning to trust one another.
The campers leaving with new confidence, direction, and community.

The challenges facing officiating are real. We believe the best way to face them is together.

Thank you to every camper, clinician, guest, and staff member who made RefMasters Camp 2026 possible.

Run The Game.
