What if we did something different?” Claire’s voice was filled with that kind of excitement you can’t fake. “What if we exchanged our vows on the boat instead?” For Claire and Gar, the water isn’t just a backdrop—it’s where their love story lives. So we pivoted. Two weeks out, we completely reimagined their ceremony. We organized a second boat for @erinmichelephotos to capture every moment from the water. We gathered their closest friends and family. And pulled together the perfect backdrop for Claire and Gar to say “I do” Photography: @erinmichelephotos

Our girl @justtoclaireify__ is getting married in a few months and her goal for her wedding hair color was natural but still expensive looking! We achieved this sun kissed custom color melt with our favorite ammonia free hair color by @paulmitchell The Demi, over her preexisting blonde highlights. We sealed her hair with a quick Sealing Mask by Paul Mitchell to help seal down split ends and create a glossy smooth finish! Head to the comments for the formula!

Thanksgiving side that isn’t mashed potatoes?! You need to make this carrot soufflé, trust me. Save this recipe 👏🏼. RECIPE⬇️ ▫️1 lb. carrots, boiled ▫️1 1/2 cups pure cane sugar ▫️1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted ▫️2 eggs ▫️3 Tbsp. flour (I use @jovialfoods einkorn !) ▫️1 tsp. baking powder ▫️1 Tbsp. vanilla extract Boil 1 pound of carrots until they are soft enough to easily cut through with a fork (about 2 hours). Strain and set aside. Melt butter in its own dish and let cool for at least 10 mins. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In a blender, combine all ingredients together once carrots and butter have cooled to around room temperature. Crack eggs separately to avoid egg shells falling in the mixture. Add vanilla extract to eggs and put in the blender. Blend until completely smooth. Grease a glass pie pan with butter and use a teaspoon of flour to distribute around the pan. Roll the flour around until it’s adhered to the the butter layer. Pour carrot purée into the greased & floured pan. Bake at 350°F for 50mins, or until slightly golden on top. Please note—this is not a “puffy” soufflé. It will only lightly rise in the oven, so do not be alarmed when it doesn’t spill over the sides like your classic souffles. Enjoy for dinner or dessert! If serving for a dessert, I highly recommend serving these in individual ramekins with a dollop of whipped cream. #thanksgiving #thanksgivingdinner #thanksgivingsides #souffle #recipe #cooking
