✨ 2023 Christmas Memories
@clarkestudiosinc ✨
This project featured some of my favourite voices, including @justtye.s Our shared love for Brandy always inspires how we create and arrange background vocals
His take on Silent Night is the perfect holiday backdrop to the season.
Huge love to @abaddonbeats for crafting the perfect sonic vibe,
and @tydasberg for the incredible visuals that brought it all to life. 🎄💫

Executive Produced | split in 2 (EP) - @divinelightbody

Thank you to the most special @divinelightbody for trusting me with the sound. Exploring music together without limitations has been endlessly fulfilling. Can’t wait to continue making our favourite sounds together 🤞🏽❤️

1. Shoot with @adriakain styled by @divinelightbody
2. Working on mix notes at @revolutionrecording
3. Over the last 4 years divine and I learned to communicate without using words. Impromptu “CRASH AND BURN” jam.
4. Soundchecking at @historytoronto , divine sang tf outta “TILL THE MORNING”
5. Dubbing bass guitar with my favourite bass player in the entire world and big brother, @marcmanhertz
6. My brother @akeel.music called and dropped by the studio before his flight to cook up; this is the day we made “OXYGEN”.
7. All the homies came over to help with some BGs on “GUILTY PLEASURE”. Everyone called me out for always wanting hella takes.
8. @maria_shaheen bringing “ROSES” to life with her creative sauceeee.
9. Easy to make music I love when I’m making it with the people closest to me. @karma_.ray dubbing flugel horn on “NIGHTLIFE”
10. My brother @clarkethearchitect is a masterful arranger and phenomenal person. Recording the live acapella version of “ROSES” with the incredible @theybettersing
11. Shot on film at @paramountrecording LA by my brother @jxffsmxth
12. Someone I highly admire is my brother @kirkgrange; he blessed the outro for “SPLIT IN TWO”.
13. Mixing
14. We’re actually just grown up kids.
15. I stole this photo from divines phone when we came in to finish the mix for “THERAPY”.

Thank you to @jxffsmxth @dreamspacemgmt for keeping me locked in every step of the way.

Thank you to all of our collaborators and studios that supported our vision wholeheartedly.

Kicking off our weekly Brandy & Monica The Boy Is Mine Tour series with “Borderline” — one of our favorites from Brandy’s B7 Album.

@justtye.s and I will be dropping a new cover or mashup every week in honor of The Boy Is Mine Tour.
Stay Tuned to see which songs we cover
We dive into both of their catalogues 🎶🔥

Me: Lord, I just want to be challenged. I want to be pushed. I want to grow in what you've given me.

God: Bet.

What an honour and a privilege to sing among talented and warm people.

Thank you @theybettersing ❤️
