Our advanced dancers had the opportunity to attend a Pelvic Floor Workshop this week led by Whitney. This educational session helped our dancers better understand how the pelvic floor supports stability, alignment, and overall strength in dance.
We are so grateful for opportunities like this that help our dancers grow not only artistically, but also in their knowledge of how to care for and support their bodies.

Thank you, Whitney, for sharing your expertise with our dancers.

Wow… 2025 was a great year of life and racing motorcycles for me. I won, I struggled, but in the end it was all learning and progression. Never ever thought I would be in a position racing supermoto and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do it, and for everyone backing me behind motocross as well⚔️ 2026 is going to be so sick‼️

Young love feels too good to be true 🥹
Loved getting a front row to the celebration of Justus & Loralei’s sweet love story last night! An abundance of beautiful florals everywhere, rich with faith & encouragement. The night was made even sweeter with ice cream, (elite) dancing & fireworks. So happy for you, @loraleilangford & @justusgreco66! You both are so blessed to have your beautiful families & to have found one another 🥂

2024 was a big year for @justusgreco66. He graduated from high school, went to Ukraine, started working a full time construction job, and last Sunday got engaged to his love, @loraleilangford. He is a determined young man and is faithfully following the Lord. We are so grateful and proud of him.

We are SO happy to congratulate Justus & Loralei on their engagement! What a perfect proposal for two ballet dancers! A proposal at the San Francisco ballet! This one is a bit special to us at KSJ... they're family!
