The little things about living in Stillwater that make moving here so worth it. 🧡

A few I genuinely never take for granted:
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 How quickly people here treat you like family
🧇 Being five minutes from somewhere worth eating no matter where you are in town
☕️ Knowing my barista by name and them knowing my order by heart
🏃🏻‍♀️Running the same streets for years but still enjoying the celebration at the finish line

If you’ve been thinking about making the move or just want to enjoy more of what makes life here so good, I’ve got two guides for you.

Comment SUMMER and I’ll send you my free 2026 Stillwater Summer Guide with all the best spots, events, and weekend plans for the season.

Comment RELOCATE and I’ll send you my free Stillwater Relocation Guide with everything you need to know about life here, neighborhoods worth exploring, and what to expect once you’re settled in.

I’m @Sellingstilly, a Stillwater local and real estate agent helping people move to and around our area. Follow for more local recs and real estate updates.

Local lunch stop at one of Stillwater’s coziest gems— Just Wafflin’ 🧇✨

Between showings and client calls, @justwafflin is an easy “yes”—warm, welcoming, and the kind of place that reminds you why local business matters. Bonus points: their gluten-free waffles are actually DELICIOUS, not just an afterthought (which is rare and very appreciated).

Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, brunch or meeting a friend to talk real estate, this is the kind of place that makes you slow down for a minute and enjoy Stillwater living. #stillwaterok #stillwaterrealestate #justwafflin #localeats #realtorlife

If you love waffles then you are going to want to add @justwafflin to your list to try! (ad)

They have traditional waffles, nice thin, light & crispy with so many specialty toppings options. I tried their chicken & waffles and their strawberry cheesecake 😋

And don’t forget to try all 3 of their syrups-I think my fave ended up being the cinnamon vanilla

TAG 5 STILLWATER BUSINESSES TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT💙💛

Every like, comment, and share might seem small — but for a local business (or podcast 😉), it makes a huge difference. When you engage with posts, it helps more people in our Stillwater community discover local stories, creators, and businesses doing great things. So next time you enjoy something local, show it a little love — it costs nothing but means everything.
