A little over here & a little over there. Moving with gratitude, taking life with some grace. Two countries, one week. The world can be of many things, just depends on how and what you want to see.

What began as a training — a checkbox on a business journey, a way to feel better in my body as an athlete — quietly grew into something sacred. Yoga became not just a practice, but a presence… the art of beginning again, over and over, with breath, with intention, with love. To live in the present moment is to live in the truth of now. And in that truth, I’ve found clarity, connection, and a power that’s felt, seen, and shared. Eight years of practice led me to this chapter — one overflowing with gratitude, self-inquiry, and a kind of soul-deep fulfillment I never expected. What started as a skill set became 13 weeks of transformation. A journey with humans who now feel like pieces of my soul — mirrors, anchors, family. Together, we laughed, unraveled, rebuilt. We saw each other’s scars and honored them. We watched our inner child rise to be loved. We explored. We healed. We celebrated. The space @kierstie_payge created was nothing short of sacred — a container for truth, softness, courage, and joy. The kind of connection all hearts long for. To my yoga sangha and to every teacher and healer who held us: thank you for seeing me, for holding space for my rawest self, and for reminding me that presence is the most beautiful gift we can offer each other. To Kierstie — your fearless, tender leadership has forever shaped me. This YTT wasn’t just training. It was medicine. And from the top and bottom of my heart, I thank you. I love you. I carry this with me — always. 💛♾️🌹🧘🏽‍♂️ Thank you to our guest teachers: @vinyasanista @brandonberg_ @lizabethmarian @heyshawnarogers @rally__cat @jonoldrowe @yogi_alex_hya @ian_hassell @bonbrazeau @miki.blanchard for your healing, wisdom and magic ❤️‍🔥

This past month has really been trying to wipe this smile off of my face. I cannot and will not let that happen. It’s odd because through these hard times I’ve only gotten more determined. . . #kentnugent #beagoodperson #jordan11s

Some couldn’t handle the wait, but I knew it was worth the weight. I’ve always chosen good over bad, and now I’m just here, blessed and highly flavored. Looking back, it’s all been a masterclass in preparation for the blessings to come. Time to keep striving until every plan manifests into reality… ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⏳… #BlessedAndHighlyFavored
