Resistance 2026~

Man…
I’m still struggling to find the words to express how grateful I am for this season, but the tears have been doing that for me since Sunday night.

Out of all the years I’ve been part of this organization, this one was by far the most fun I’ve ever had. I took another shot at bass when auditions started, and I’m really glad I did. The long weeks and weekends over the past 6 months ended up being some of the most fun and memorable moments I’ve had in a while and I will always appreciate and cherish the people I marched with this season.

I want to thank Aubrey, Brooklyn, Corbin, Phoebe, Sara, and Tobin for being some of my closest friends through the entire season and keeping me grounded, making me laugh, and helping each other through everything.

I want to thank Deadbass for taking me back in with open arms, going from snare, to bass, back to snare, and back to bass once more.

I want to thank Aidan, David, Foster, and JP for helping me grow and for pushing me to become the musician and performer I am today.

And I want to thank Resistance for being something I can always look back on and call home.

Resistance, thank you for the countless hours of rehearsing and hard work to create something so dear and special to me. Thank you for the most memorable weekends of my life. And thank you for pushing me beyond my limits and helping me improve as a musician and a person.

Thank you to everyone I marched with. You all have a special place in my heart. My weekends will not be the same without you all.

RipQ, love you boys. Thanks for the months full of laughter and most fun I’ve ever had in this activity. Seth, thank you for choosing Resistance to be your age out. I’m so glad to have gotten to know you over these few months. Also thank you for letting my goofy ass stay at your house all those nights, truly was some of the most fun I’ve ever had. Tell Allie I said thank you for all the canes.

Big thank you to all the staff and admin at Resistance. You all taught me so much. I am truly grateful.
