“A” purpose of Training Performance is to create a Challenge. It’s not a singular purpose. There are layers that have to be created to CREATE DOMINANCE. If ALL you care about is getting crushed…you aren’t a good candidate to train with #ftsfamily There have been fools that have rolled in and had that as an expectation. They go elsewhere to be average eventually. We have folks that ALL they want is “speed”…that’s it “my 12 year old needs JUST speed!” Suuuuuuuurrrreeee 😉 they too eventually find mediocrity elsewhere. I’m NOT for everyone as we know…my program is not either… #FTSfamily has a level of accountability/expectation that most do not want to commit to. (Time and Financial) I have been done for a long time appeasing the masses. We have more than a fair share of the BEST…we also have those who want to be the BEST and are willing to work for it. Just like “A” purpose for performance… “A” purpose of what we do is to make them Ultimate Leaders while teaching them to be bullies on the field, mat, ice, pitch or court. Athletes who play so hard they are whispered about “going too hard.” Athletes whom face adversity and succeed. Athletes that know HOW TO FINISH!!!!! That’s FTSfamily Good Stuff!!!! #fts #ftstrained #ftsraised #speed #strength #mindset #culture #hardwork #effort #leadership
