Congratulations to filmmaker, Thitu Muiruri, on the screening of her moving film, HIS NAME IS EKU at the upcoming Roxbury International Film Festival!

His Name Is Eku follows the final day of Eku and Kia’s internship at a TV station—an ending that marks more than just their careers. Beneath the surface of newsroom chaos simmers a volatile romance on the edge of collapse. Kia, tired of burying her emotions, finally confronts Eku about the cracks in their relationship.

I had the honor of portraying Alison, who is a marketing and membership manager who also supervises all interns at the station.

Congratulations to all the cast and crew!

May was an incredible month @photosbydrizzy, and I’m feeling so grateful for every client who trusted me to capture their special moments.

From professional headshots and exciting events to dance portraits, family sessions, and creative fashion shoots, every session brought its own unique story, energy, and memories. What makes photography so rewarding isn’t just creating beautiful images—it’s getting the opportunity to meet amazing people and preserve moments that matter.

This past month was filled with long days, creative challenges, laughter behind the camera, and so many opportunities to do what I love. None of it would be possible without the support of my clients, friends, family, and everyone who continues to share, recommend, and believe in my work.

Thank you for making May such a busy, inspiring, and successful month. I’m excited for everything that’s ahead.

Stay tuned—new photos, behind-the-scenes content, and exciting projects are coming soon!

BTS from my shoot with @juvanelisma. I went into this one aiming for an editorial feel — focusing on angles and compositions I wouldn’t normally explore as a portrait photographer. Juvan showed up ready to move and made the entire process effortless. He was super receptive to direction, committed to the vision, and fully locked in on getting the shot.

This shoot was an absolute blast. Huge shoutout to Bam @activelycandid for capturing the incredible BTS video work — he never misses. If you’re looking for videography, that’s the guy!
