Thank you so much for having us yesterday @carmfufit we had such an amazing time! The class was extremely fun, full of whine, good vibes, and great energy. We can’t wait to do more together and continue pushing our girls while letting them enjoy every moment 💃🏽✨

Runner up : the incredible G-Ma of the group Joanne Venus-Williams

You have always been dedicated and supportive of the group since day one 1️⃣.

Always offering to give dancers rides when needed cooking when needed being the biggest support system you could be to your granddaughters as they learn and grow in their dance skills.

You are an amazing soul and we could not have gotten this far without you thank you so much for all the hard work and dedication that you have shown us throughout the seasons. 🌹🥳

As you settle into the first day of the year take sometime and goal set. Here are a few goal setting tips to help you get started!
* Set goals not New Year resolutions. Goals are relevant to your life. Different from New Year resolutions that are typically what’s socially popular or trending.
* Write your goals down and review them periodically.
* Create goals for different areas of your life.
* Set goals that are realistic, achievable and measurable.
* Include goals that improve your wellbeing and zest for life.
* Share some of your goals with people you can count on for accountability. This will help keep you motivated and on track.
* Reward yourself for achieving your goals.
