Everybody wants the award.
Nobody wants the process.

These athletes trained with us. They didn’t skip reps, ease up, or only show up when it fit their schedule. They competed every day, whether they felt like it or not. Their hard work and consistency created the path.

That’s how you become First Team All-Region, Second Team All-Region, Region MVP, All State, and State Championship MVP. That’s how you dominate the guys who thought they could out-talent you.

You wanna be like them?
Quit wishing.

What a year and way to end my time with the best program one could ask to be a part of. If you told me how’d we finish at the state meet earlier this year I would laugh, but I guess now there is nothing funny about the way our team has demonstrated a yearn to compete all year long. I love y’all so much and I’m so thankful for the culture that we have built from freshman year to now. Thank you Nolo @nolotrack for everything! Now it’s time to focus on the next chapters, Go Card!

Nothing but love and devoted respect for everyone that has been a part of my life so far. Even though school could be tedious at times, it allowed me to build so many relationships that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Throughout the majority of my life in school I’ve always tried to fit in to get people to like me, but it really left me disheartened and lost with a sense of self. No matter who you are, you can’t make everyone like you. Mental health is arguably as important if not more important than physical health. I’ve had multiple instances where I felt isolated and thought that no one truly liked me. My self esteem was at an all-time low as I had a weak perception of myself. I later realized that having the notion of how much you’re worth based on how much people like you is illogical. There is minimal gain when seeking validation from others; It is undoubtedly self-destructive. When I learned to respect myself it allowed me to grow out and build healthy relationships with real, genuine people. Cutting the envy, wrath, and pride out of my life has permitted me to become a better person and has granted me the encouragement to only spread positivity to others. It’s always better to spread love rather than hate. I genuinely love everyone, and I want YOU all to succeed, no matter your dreams or ambitions.

What are you willing to sacrifice?

Everybody talks about wanting to be great
Everybody wants the offers
The recognition
The starting spot
The stats
The respect

But very few are willing to sacrifice for it.

You say you want to become THAT player…
But you don’t even do the things you’re supposed to do consistently.

You avoid the hard reps
You complain when training gets uncomfortable
You want results without discipline
You want confidence without preparation

That’s not how this works.

The athletes who evolve and develop aren’t doing anything out of the ordinary.

They’re the ones willing to sacrifice more
Sacrifice comfort to attack weaknesses
Sacrifice excuses
Sacrifice distractions
Sacrifice being average

Because every decision either moves you closer to your goal… or farther away from it.

Too many athletes want the identity of being elite without living the lifestyle required to become elite.

You can’t cheat the process
You can’t fake preparation
And eventually, the truth shows up on the field

You’re either willing to sacrifice for your goals…
Or you’ll sacrifice your goals for temporary comfort.

At the end of the day,
Nobody owes you playing time
Nobody owes you success
Nobody owes you opportunities

You either become undeniable…
Or you sit on the bench watching someone else live the life you said you wanted.

The choice is yours.
