I learned how to push myself mentally, emotionally, and physically more than I ever have this past year and I'm grateful for the process and effort it takes to have reached where I am and want to be. It makes the wins all the more worth it.

A brief recap in chronological order

1 - Raw footage of my first V8 ft the best hype crew ✅
2 - FA Boulder League Champs 🥇
3 - Midwest Mayhem Comp ft left shoulder strain 😣
4 - Left Wrist Dorsal Distal Radioulnar partial tear MRI 👎🏽
5 - Chi-Town Showdown Comp ft Patrick and brace 🫰🏽
6 - The most supportive Exquisite Crew 💚
7 - 3rd red rocks trip as a Prada x Exquisite model 😎
8 - Humboldt Rumble ft strongest mom climber in town 👯‍♀️
9 - The fall ft praying teammate 🙏🏽
10 - Left ACL Tear, MCL sprain and calf strain MRI 🤕
11 - PT Robby working on my knee 🏋🏽‍♀️
12 - full ROM, surgery prehab! 🦵🏽

Ended the year with a new challenge for 2026 🫣 I may not be where I want to be at this moment but healing is a process. If there is anything I learned about myself last year it's that my resilience and hard work can get me far and that it's okay to feel vulnerable. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little scared; for surgery, the outcome, the recovery process. I know I can be overly positive at times, probably to mask my vulnerability and fear. But here's to leaning into the discomfort and sharing this journey with all its highs and lows

Tried two unintended Houdini matches to save my wrist. Or was it to impress my friends...

Cool climb @camillagraniello :)

𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒃𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

it’s been a few years since we first headed out to red rocks for our first trip representing exquisite bouldering club.

with a camera, a crew, and a cooler full of beers, we set out to share the fun side of climbing, documenting our adventures as mid-climbers in beautiful places. trying hard on moderate boulders but also enjoying the moments in between.

we hope the stories we’ve shared over the years feel familiar. we try to cover the highs, the lows and in-betweens when it comes to bouldering.

you've seen us punt our projects on the last day of the trip and crack countless "pre-send" beers when we can't seem to top out.

but you've also seen us adventure into new grades, rewarding the unseen training that isn't posted, or getting out to touch rock and make moves after battling through new and old injuries.

we know we’ve been a bit inconsistent with our drops (that’s life), but we’re thankful for everyone who’s stuck around.

we’ve got some new things coming soon in time for the holidays and a trip to vegas for our #sendsgiving to kick it all off.

for now, take a look at some of our favorite shots through the years around all the places we've been together.

My first month into climbing! It’s been challenging, exciting, and honestly, humbling. Trying something new has given me a fresh way to document myself and it’s helping me reconnect with the joy of creating.
