POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

(｡･W･｡)ﾉ I’m Jeeyoung (they/he), and the president of the Figure Drawing Club! Super excited to meet y’all, and looking forward to our club first meeting this semester! We got some stuff planned (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧

I’m a junior in animation, and figure drawing has always been a favorite exercise when it comes to drawing. I would frequently go to figure drawing places when I lived in Korea as high schooler, and am happy to say that I still do here in NYC! I’m hoping to have this club be a place to experiment or practice their figure drawings (‘cause some places that hold figure drawing events are either a) expensive for a student’s budget, and b) only 21+). I mostly listen to music when I draw (99% it’s Kenshi Yonezu songs aha) and I’m hoping to play some music during our meetings!! If you every have inquiries, you can dm through our club’s insta or mine, @jy.earl !

See y’all soon!

Check out this awesome class project from Richard Borge's After Effects class where students took the classic Muybridge Horse and reanimated it in their own style! Special thanks to @nicoleotaola for compositing it all!!!

And now for our treasurer!!!

(｡･W･｡)ﾉ I’m Jeeyoung (they/he) and the treasurer of the Concept and Vis-Dev club! Super excited to see so many people joining this club and looking forward to meeting y’all on our first meeting! I’m a sophomore in animation, and concept art and visdev have always been an interest of mine, but never got the time to explore till now. I’m hoping to dive more into background art and world-building some story ideas I’ve had in mind for years while in the club. I mostly listen to music when I draw (99% it’s Kenshi Yonezu songs aha) or watch some Studio Ghibli films (it’s usually The Wind Rises). You can find me on insta as @jy.earl
