‘Acrylic pouring - a collection by Md Art’ is an interactive publication to display my own acrylic pouring paintings, as well as celebrating the technique itself. As acrylic pouring is defined by the process the publication translates this by being interactive in the way it is read. The type is arranged so the reader has to rotate the publication in the same manor the canvas is turned during the acrylic pouring process. As well as cropped imagery, removing the canvas edges to allow the paintings to be framed by the publication, which therfore acts as a canvas itself.
