There’s a fire in you that was never meant to be put out.

So many of us learned to keep it small. To soften, to smooth things over, to stay agreeable.

Durga’s energy offers another way. Fierce love that protects what matters. Boundaries that stay soft and unshakeable. A strength that doesn’t need to push, because it’s already rooted in you.

This fall, come feel that medicine in your own body.

Shakti Sessions™: Durga Fall Mini Retreat
Sunday, November 29
Workshop 10am to 1:30pm, followed by an organic fall lunch and optional sauna until 3pm
Nectar Healing Hub, Barnardsville, NC
With Raphaela, and special music from Jessica

Early goddess rate: $99 with code DURGA through October 31.

What if this fall you could finally rest into a strength that doesn’t require you to push?

I keep returning to Durga for this reason.

She is the Queen Mother who meets us in the in-between seasons, when the leaves are falling, the light is shifting, and life has thrown its share of curveballs. She cuts through fear and self-doubt with fierce love. She teaches that boundaries can be both soft and unshakeable. And she gently reminds us that strength and tenderness were never meant to be opposites.

Join me for our last Shakti Session™ of 2026:

a Durga Fall Mini Retreat

Sunday, November 29 · 10 am to 3 pm

Nectar Healing Hub, Barnardsville, NC

We’ll move through myth and storytelling, asana, mantra, meditation, and journaling… share an organic fall-inspired lunch… enjoy special music from Jessica Zoller… and close the day melting into our new cedar sauna.

Early goddess rate: $99 with code DURGA through October 31.

Space is limited.

Link in bio to claim your seat.

Come be held. Come remember the strength that’s already yours.

We are drowning in feminine self help. Your body still knows what is real.

Your intuition can feel when something holds realness. It does not have to be polished or perfect. In fact, it is better when it is not. That is where the growth happens.

When I am with women, what nourishes me most is not the teaching. It is the unguarded moment. Someone stops performing and tells the truth.

A few weeks into this circle, I am watching women open. Soften. Share what the journey is waking in them.

And in one on one work, the same thing happens. They feel safe because I share parts of my story too. I go first. They meet me there.

No hierarchy. Just mutual, unguarded connection. Trust arrives on its own.

If you resonate with rawness over polish, reply RAW.

Or share how this shows up for you. I would love to hear.

Save this for the days you feel pressured to perform your healing.

Share with a woman who is done with polish.

Living ritual.

Not a mood board.

Hands in the petals, breath in the room, the slow yes of making something together.

The feminine returns through the hands long before it returns through the mind.
Fall is asking for that kind of devotion.
What are your hands ready to tend?

Save this if your body wants something slower.

Comment HANDS if this lands.

Depth is not dramatic.

It is forehead to forehead and a quiet yes.

You do not need more rooms full of women.
You need one true seat where your softest truth can land.

Name one woman who can hold that for you.

Save this for the days you forget.
Comment HER if a name came to mind.

In life’s transitions and yoga transitions… it’s often the space between where we grow the most!

The moment you shift your weight. Lose your balance. Let go of what felt steady. Trust yourself enough to move toward what’s next.

Join Jess + Tania for our September HYAcademy:

Transitions - Finding Stability in the Midst of Change
🗓️ Saturday, September 19
⏰ 2–4 PM

Two souls that found themselves on similar paths after major surgery, Jess and Tania have recently experienced what it’s like to rediscover your body and practice in new ways.

Through movement, conversation, and reflection; you’ll explore the connection between transitions on the mat and the ones we navigate in life.

Expect balance + weight shifting, breath and gaze, optional arm balancing, and plenty of opportunities to explore what happens when we move outside our comfort zone.

Because finding stability doesn’t always mean staying still. Sometimes it means learning how to move through change.

***FREE for Ultimate Members! Such a great perk amongst so many others 🙌🏾

Women naturally crave connection.

With themselves.
With other women.

When we lose that, something in us goes quiet.
When we return to it, everything begins to ripple differently.

Sovereign Pearl is that space.
