POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Part 2.

Sooo, Scarlett’s story didn’t end when the camera stopped. I guess that’s actually when her story started.

One $5 Story turned into something I didn’t see coming.

I started $5 Stories because I wanted people who are often looked past to have opportunities to simply be seen and have their stories heard..

and also to dispell the myth that everyone on the streets is an addict or bad person.

But then… one story changed the direction of everything!

This is Part 1 of 4.

We caught up with entertainment attorney and music exec @torrenceriff about having artistic expression used against artists. We have more of this nuanced conversation coming because with cases like Yella Beezy’s and D4VD’s ramping up, the use of their lyrics against them in a court of law could be in question. What do you think? #dallas #sodallas #yellabeezy #dallaslawyer

I 😢 up today for the third year in a row on day 1️⃣ behind my FIRST GRADER 🎉 yay but not because he cried, or not because he left me quickly, but because he said “Dad you have a great day at school also” and took off! 😭😭😭 ❤️He thinks it’s so cool his dad is in college also my classes don’t start for 2 weeks. He’s even offered to help me do my homework before. Well, surprise to everyone who didn’t know but I’m almost complete with my Associates in Paralegal studies. Preparing for May 2027. 4 classes in the summer 3.45gpa #futureblacklawyer #certifiedparalegalprofessional #ontherise
