Every week on LinkedIn, you open your inbox and see it again: Another automated message. Another “personalised” outreach that clearly isn’t.

And honestly… It’s getting exhausting.

But something interesting is happening. In a world full of automation, the companies that win may simply be the ones that stay human.

In this episode of The Global Nutcracker, Skerdi Sino speaks with Linus Kruslock, Lead Consultant of KB Consultancy, about what actually drives growth in today’s companies.

@joshrichards and @gracebeverley just dropped THE blueprint for creators

This week’s talk at @websummit with josh and grace at web summit hit home for every creator out there

Josh shared something so simple but so true ⤵

find your niche and keep it TIGHT
don’t try to talk about everything at once. build trust in one space first, and then expand.

Grace reminded everyone that you just have to start ⤵

there’s endless content out there on “how to grow”, but sometimes that becomes the trap.
you plan, analyze, and overthink so much… that you forget to actually do.

her advice?
share what you’re doing while you’re doing it.
be authentic. that’s what people connect with.

these two perspectives together really sum up what building online is about, clarity and consistency.

what’s something you’ve learned about staying consistent as a creator?

In the past 18month, I´ve seen that marketers are the ones bleeding right now. Not creatives.
In this talk with Robin from @k.bconsultancy , we discussed why marketing agencies are stuck: chasing clients for content, waiting on photos that never com, running late for deadlines, and ending up with the same stock images everyone else uses.

AI images changes that. It’s not about replacing creativity — it’s about freedom. Freedom from waiting. Freedom from chasing. Freedom to create unique visuals on demand and actually focus on growing your clients’ brands.

AI images are not as a threat, but as your way out.
