Finally finding my flow again!
Which do you prefer 1, 2 or 3??
All judt natural flow that has felt really distant from me for a while
January was a really hard month and left me feeling like a shell of myself, but yet again my hoop has helped me find happiness. I almost forgot about my hula after months of aerial focus but the love is still there and real.
Times are hard so remember to dance, love and reach out
Big love to all struggling. Im here if you need to talk

We hope you'll join my trio & I tomorrow, Sat 22nd, for our livestreamed concert in my front room for Boston's @scullersjazz club. We haven't played together in a while so we'll definitely be putting a lot of joy and angst into the performance. Hope to see you there!!!
