After four years with John Jay Men’s Basketball, I’ve decided to step away from the program.

I’m extremely grateful to Coach @ryanhyland for giving me the opportunity to join his staff and begin my career in college basketball and to Coach @jimbo_holmesy for his trust and for giving me the opportunity to continue with the program through a coaching transition.

These four years gave me experiences and relationships that I’ll carry with me throughout my career. From winning the 2024–25 CUNYAC Championship for the second time in the program’s history to competing in the NCAA Tournament and having the opportunity to compete against Division I programs, every experience challenged me and helped shape me as a coach.

Most importantly, I’m thankful for the players who trusted me, my fellow coaches and their families who became like family, the athletic administration and everyone throughout the John Jay community who made these four years special.

I’m proud of what we accomplished, grateful for the lessons, and even more grateful for the people I met along the way.

Moving forward, I remain committed to my continued growth as a coach and to giving my best to leading our program at Success Academy.
